Paul Frank Monkey Cake
This cake was for a girl’s 1st birthday on Thanksgiving. Her mother requested a Paul Frank carved cake since her daughter loves monkeys. This was a vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream, which was carved into the shape of the monkey (A little bit on the challenging side). The cake was then airbrushed black, then colored fondant was placed on top to make the distinguishable Paul Frank Monkey face.
My daughter loved this cake!! I never really let her have sweets but since it was her birthday of course she had to have cake!! She was “double fisting” and so happy!! Can’t wait to see her party cake!! Thanks Michelle. . u never fail to amaze me!!
