Christmas Ornament Cake

This cake was a KP Christmas party and she requested that it has some Christmas theme to it. I decided to try an ornament cake. I added the bottom tier because I wanted to make sure that they would have enough cake to consume. The ornament cake were baked in 2 half spherical pans. The cakes was chocolate cake with dark chocolate, raspberry Chambord buttercream.

Pink was her favorite color so it was used for the ornament. Green was to add some Christmas flair to it. The cakes were airbrushed to get a little deeper color. The designs on the ornament were hand painted.
