Barbie Birthday Cake
This cake was for a 4yr old daughter. She wanted a Barbie cake to feed enough for 50 ppl. Therefore, I decided to make a standing Barbie cake on top of more cake. I bought a Birthday Barbie (shown at the top right corner) and tried to imitate her dress with fondant while incorporating Nia’s favorite color, pink. Not bad for my first Barbie cake ever.
Barbie’s dress was vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream while the bottom square cake was chocolate with cookies n cream buttercream.
The tiara, brush, and shoes came from the toy’s box.
